Ph.D. Program in Oceanography and Global Change at the Canary Islands, Spain
This thesis aims to address the processing and analysis of remote sensing data to learn about the effects of climate change on water environment of the Macaronesia. The main objective encompassess a multi-temporal study, based on data from various remote sensing sensors with different spatial scales to obtain and interpret environmental variables related to Global Change. This includes global, regional, and local areas corresponding respectively to Macaronesia, Canary Islands and coastal locations of interest in Gran Canaria.
